I had an easy run today, of about 5 miles and felt as if I could have gone another 4-5 if time had allowed. I try to stay light in my use of nuts whenever I am preparing food at home and just love the ease of smoothies.
They are quick to make and deliver an nutrient packed meal in minutes. So hear is what I grabbed and blended up when I returned home today.
1.5 cups fresh pineapple
1/2 banana
3/4 cup fresh squeezed Orange Juice (unpasteurized)
1 Tbsp Vitamineral green
1.5 cup spinach
1/2 inch ginger, peeled
1 Tbsp Maca
Dash cayanne
Fresh stevia herb
Spring Water
this is a great idea in making a smoothie. it really great for this summer.
