3-5 cucumbers, sliced thin 1/2 large red onion, peeled & thinly sliced 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 3 tsp agave 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 – 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped Toss all ingredients well Allow to marinate 2-3 hours in the fridge. Serve cold & enjoy! via the O’Brian family, 2009
