Rich colors and surprising tang of this salad make it a treat to eat.
Using a mandolin thinly slice the following:
3 cups red cabbage
1/2 fennel bulb
1 apple (julienned)
1 blood orange peeled and sectioned (or tangerine)
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp Organic Hempseed Oil 16oz
1/8 tsp sea salt
Massage all ingredients together thoroughly for 5 minutes
top with bee pollen or crushed raw walnuts
