1 cup sunflower seed, ground
1 cup carrot pulp
3 celery stalks, diced
1 large red onion diced
1 yellow/orange bell pepper, diced
3 Tbsp dried parsley or 1/2 cup fresh
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp ground flax – mix with 6 Tbsp water
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl except flax & water.
Mix flax & water last and thoroughly mix through all the ingredients.
Form into patties.
Dehydrate at 135º for one hour and then drop temperature to 105º several hours until desired texture is reached. About 8-14 hours depending on thickness of patties.
