Ingredients: 2 carrots 1/2 Red Bell Pepper 1/4 onion 1 garlic clove 1/3″ ginger 1 apple fresh basil clean water sea salt & cayenne to taste Blend ingredients in Vitamix until smooth and slightly warm. I have topped mine with some chopped red bell pepper and Shelled Hemp Seeds.
