1 clove garlic minced
1″ peeled & diced fresh ginger
1 peeled & chopped green zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 cup coconut meat (or soak coconut flakes for 1 hour then use)
1 T olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 ts. gluten free soy sauce
2-3 t honey
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
3 TBS almond butter or tahini (sesame buter)
up to 1 cup water
