Thai Stir un-Fry

Sauce:

1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp hemp seed oil
1 teasp coconut oil
3 tbsp dried coconut
1″ chopped fresh Ginger
Juice 1/2 lime
Juice 1/2 lemon
Sea salt
Pinch stevia (or sweetener if choice)
1 tsp tamari – wheat free
1 tbsp spirulina
Food Processor til creamy
Add water as needed

Optional – cayenne, Chinese 5-spice blend.

Chop veggies: broccoli & red bell pepper, 1 sm yam, Julianned

Toss, massage & enjoy
